Separating the winners from the losers
The second day of the PTC Event 3 qualifiers continued following the same pattern, meaning that the majority of those players who succeed to get a place for the previous main events, repeated their performances. However, this doesn't mean that the cue battles haven't been hard or tight enough, because they sure have.

Ben Harrison is one of the names that has rocked during the qualifiers and beyond them, the player continuing his great journey through the snooker balls and beating Ryan Causton 4-2 and the whitewashing the veteran Tony Knowles 4-0. Allan 'The Assassin' Taylor didn't disappoint his fans either, hammering Gareth Allen 4-1 for a place into the main event.

It's been a very prolific day for the youngsters of snooker, Sam Harvey managing to beat Damian Wilks 4-0 and John Whitty 4-2, while the Welshman Stephen Ellis crashed John Woods 4-0 and ended on a very tight 4-3 with Duane Jones.

The Chinese Anda Zhang will also delight us during the PTC 3, as he won 4-2 over Steve Judd and 4-0 over Liam Monk, Nick Jennings beat Jak Jones 4-2 and Craig Steadman didn't deny himself a victory also, by winning 4-3 over Christopher Keogan.
With a 4-0 scoreline obtained in front of Michael Wild, Marc Davis booked himself a place into the first round of the tournament, the same achievement being registered by Martin O'Donnell who crashed Mike Hallett and Kyren Wilson who got a perfect 4-0 victory over Ashley Wright.
